Return and shipping policy

At Blue Industry, we strive for a hassle-free shopping experience. We provide fast and reliable shipping, and if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns easy. Read more about our return and shipping conditions below.

Article 1:

Shipping policy

  1. Shipping is free for orders from €75
  2. Blue Industry works together with DHL. Together we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
  3. Order on working days before 15.00 hours. We will ship your order the same day. The delivery times per region are as follows: Netherlands 1-3 working days, Belgium 1-4 working days, Germany 1-5 working days and other countries within Europe 5-12 working days.
  4. Parcels in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are shipped with DHL. In all other countries within Europe, DHL will forward the parcel to local delivery companies.
  5. DHL and our warehouse do not operate on weekends and or holidays. Please take this into account when waiting for your package.
  6. If you have not received your parcel after 7 working days please contact info@blue-industry.com.
  7. Your Blue Industry order will be delivered to your home by DHL, or (if you have chosen this during the ordering process) to a different address. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code with which you can follow the status of the shipment.
  8. If you are not at home at the time the parcel is offered, your order will be delivered to a DHL Pick-up Parcel Shop near you so that you can collect it yourself at another convenient time.

Article 2:

Return policy

  1. Should you not be satisfied with the Blue Industry articles you ordered, you can return these articles within 30 days. The costs for returning articles, within and outside the Netherlands, are for your own account.
  2. Always enclose the completed return form (already received with your order) with your return package;
  3. You send the return package within 30 days after receipt of your Blue Industry order to the address on the return form;
  4. If we receive your return in good order (with completed return form, unworn, with original labels and without damage, preferably in original packaging), you will receive a refund within 30 days on the account number you used to pay for the order;
  5. Send the parcel back via the post office. You are responsible for the return costs and liable for the arrival of the return shipment. We therefore advise you to return your parcel with track & trace and keep the proof of posting. On your proof of dispatch there is a barcode number with which the parcel can be traced, so it is always possible to find out immediately where the parcel is. The cost of your return shipment may vary depending on the shipping party's rates.
  6. Returning items at our points of sale, shop in shops or Blue Industry brand stores is not possible.
