I did not receive an email
Sometimes the mail we send you may end up in your spam. So always check your inbox and your spam box.
How can I view my orders?
You can log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button. Enter the same e-mail address you used to place an order. You will then receive an e-mail with a code to log in. In the ‘Orders’ tab, you can view your orders.

Size
What is my size?
On every product page, you will find a ‘What is my size?’ button. This displays a size chart for the relevant product. Follow the measurements on the size chart for your perfect fit. Not sure? Then please contact us.
I already have a product in a certain size from Blue Industry. Can I assume that all products are the same size?
Please note that each Blue Industry product group may have a different fit. We therefore always advise you to use the size chart of the relevant product. Sizes within the same product groups are similar.
Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change your order. You can always return the product if you don't like it.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
Send us an e-mail or contact us by phone and we will fix your problem.
What is the status of my delivery?
Log in via the ‘Login’ button or click on the track & trace code in the mail you received. Didn't receive an e-mail? Check your spam or check the status of your order in your account page by pressing ‘Login’.
What is the shipping time?
What if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a track & trace code from our shipping partner. You can also change the shipping date via this portal.
I would like to add a comment to my shipment
After you have placed an order, you will receive a track & trace link from our shipping partner. Through this portal, you can add a comment to your order for the shipping partner.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge a rate of €4.95 for orders under €75. All orders above €75 will be shipped free of charge.
Can I also collect an order from you?
As we work with an external warehouse, it is not possible to collect orders from us and all orders will be shipped to you.
Returns
Can I return an order through a retailer or brand store?
It is not possible to return products purchased through the webshop via retailers or brand stores. Would you like to return a product? Please do so via the return form or in your account.
I have lost my return form
Contact us and we will send you a new return form.
I want to return a product
If you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions on the return form or log in to your account and navigate to ‘return’.
How long can I return something?
With us, you can return products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. for more information, check out our full returns policy.
